DEAR RESIDENTS OF THE KYZ-KÖL RURAL MUNICIPALITY!

In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 21 dated April 1, 2022 “On the Regulation of Land Legal Relations”, as well as the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 291 dated May 31, 2022 “On Approval of the Procedure for Conducting Land Amnesty”, and amendments introduced by Resolution No. 284 dated May 28, 2025, the acceptance of applications for the land amnesty will be stopped starting July 1, 2025.

The final deadline for submitting applications is June 30, 2025.

Therefore, citizens who meet the following conditions are required to urgently apply to the district land amnesty commission:

• citizens who have unauthorized or unfinished private residential houses
• citizens who have unused land plots unsuitable for agricultural production arranged in a checkerboard pattern

Note:
From June 28 to June 30, 2025, land specialists of the Kyz-Köl Ayil Okmotu will work in an intensified schedule according to the approved timetable.
