Kyz-Kol Rural Municipality is located in Suzak District of Jalal-Abad Region. The municipality was established in 1996 and today it is considered one of the important administrative-territorial units of the district.

The total area of the territory is 25102. The majority of the land is occupied by low mountainous terrain, which directly affects the natural conditions, land use opportunities and economic structure of the municipality.
